lot tour: the lennox hotel

It’s been awhile since I last updated since I haven’t been able to play at all these last few weeks. Today I am bringing you a tour of The Lennox Hotel, located in downtown Ashland. This is where the students of Ashland County High School had their prom this year.

The Lennox Hotel

This elegant, historic hotel is located in the heart of Ashland. With its timeless sense of luxury accommodations marked by sophisticated east and extraordinary service, The Lennox Hotel is designed to entice both business and leisure travelers. With shops, restaurants, and bars located nearby, this hotel puts you right in the center of Ashland.

·        Spacious and luxurious guest accommodations
·        Sophisticated style with extraordinary service
·        Steps away from great shopping and dining
·        Ballroom space available
·        Outdoor wedding space available

Here is an exterior view of the hotel. Although the hotel has undergone an array of renovations, the exterior has remained the same. This building was designed originally as a hotel that lasted only 10 years. The space was then converted into commercial space for multiple companies at the turn of the century. In the early 1970’s the building was closed and sat neglected for nearly three decades. In 2000, the building was purchased by an anonymous buyer just two days before it was set to be demolished. The hotel was restored to its former glory and is now a thriving business.

The guest suite looks so elegant. It is a great setting for an event like a wedding. If you don't mind me asking, do you have the name of those incredible buffet meshes?

    1. Thank you for commenting Shannon! I'm glad you like the hotels history :)

The buffet is from Sims Connection - under cruise ship buffet. Their site doesn't work anymore but you can get it on the booty!

    1. Aww, thank you! It took me awhile to decorate this lot but in the end I'm happy with it! I usually end up running out of patience as I decorate but luckily I was able to finish this lot before that happened!

Thank you for visiting and commenting!

  5. Hello, I'm finally getting around to reading your blog! I skipped the intros (I'll go back to those later) but managed to read all the family updates and gameplay posts and am very excited to read more.

Apologies for taking this long! I thought I had already read it all and was following you but it turns out I was thinking of another blogger! D'oh! Thanks to Shannon, because it was her link to your design and clothing preferences post that finally nudged me over here! :

Anyway, the Lennox Hotel is amazing! I can't wait to see what kinds of events you hold here. It has a ton of potential. :)
